About Us

Introduction of College

FG Boys Inter College Mardan Cantt had a very humble beginning, as it was established back in 2007, and it had to share the building with FG Public School No.1 . This was only the first phase. In the second phase, within a year, an academic block consisting of 3 classrooms and a computer lab was established courtesy of a donation by the then chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Later on, during the third phase, a new academic block with 3 classrooms was added. During this phase, a lavatory block was also constructed. Now in the 4th phase, two more classrooms are constructed in 2025 to cater for the growing requirements of the institution.

FG Boys Inter College Mardan functions under the administrative control of Federal Government Educational Institutes Cantt and Garrisons (FGEI, C/G) dte Rawalpindi, Ministry of Defence.

Since its inception, the college has played a significant role in providing quality education to the youth of Mardan cantonment and its peripheries. The college offers courses in academic disciplines of Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering and ICS at the intermediate level.

Admissions are granted purely on merit under the framework of the admission policy provided by the Federal Directorate. The college has highly qualified and experienced faculty. Under their vigilant supervision, well-planned curricular and co-curricular activities take place during the session. As a result of these efforts, alumni of this college are serving in prestigious fields like the armed Forces of Pakistan, medicine, engineering, IT and various other spheres of life. Principal Message

Education is a pivotal pillar in the general growth of any society. There is no doubt that education serves purposes beyond imparting and understanding theory and knowledge. The real purpose of education goes much beyond simply giving students degrees and certificates.

The ultimate goal of education is to help people understand the meaning of life and find fulfilment for themselves, all of humanity, and the world. Education aims to impart knowledge, humanity, culture, wisdom, and sharpness. However, it should be emphasised that character is developed rather than bestowed, and knowledge is gained.

In addition to emphasising the theoretical curriculum, FG Boys Inter College Mardan supports students’ personal growth, extracurricular involvement, and overall viewpoint. We have all the components of an excellent institution: a highly qualified faculty, a well-stocked library, instructional strategies, and the freedom to think and express oneself.

I firmly believe that FG Boys Inter College is more than just a place to learn. It offers you the opportunity to grow by providing you with all the tools you need to succeed. At FG Boys Inter College, we ensure students get the best start to their future career to become smart and careful citizens of our  country,

I wish every student of this seminary a wonderful academic stay and a prosperous future ahead.
